Strategic intervention can prevent people from giving up hope and falling into depression, even go as far as suicide. However, strategic intervention is far more than saving people from themselves. It provides people with tools to use which they can apply in all walks of their life to set and achieve goals.

Strategic intervention coaching is designed to help people understand what they want, why they want it, and then assist them in creating action plans to close the gap from where they are to where they want to be.
