Scope
The scope would cover the requirements for eliminating and mitigating incidents and injuries on any project which may be offered by MPHOENTLE SHE SOLUTIONS and TRAINING CONSULTANTS CC.
The scope also addresses legal compliance, hazard identification and risk assessment, risk control, and promoting a health and safety culture amongst those working on the project. The specification also makes provision for the protection of those persons other than employees
SHE Consultation involves:
- Providing SHE advice and drafting safety plans and policies for the companies
- Conduct OHS audits for the work area and submit report to employers
- Establish companies SHE programmes
- Design of company appointment forms according to the work environment
- Assist employers in establishment and appointments of SHE Representatives according to the requirements of the OHS Act.
- Design SHE plan for all kinds of works e.g. Work stations, Contractors, etc.
- Conduct Health and Safety training of all appointments
- Supply OHS Officer for all kinds of work
